We train every Wednesday evening from 7.30-9.30pm.
Training normally consists of a warm-up, fitness drills, skill drills, then match practice (7/8-a-side games). At first it seems like hard work in the heat, but you will be surprised how quickly you get used to it. Beers afterwards are semi-optional.
New faces are always welcome. Even if you only want to train, come and check us out. Your first session is free, with no commitment to return.
